Standard shipping is $7.99 on U.S. orders under $49 and free on U.S. orders of $49 or more.

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders may be fulfilled by partners in the United States or China depending on the product and available inventory.

Carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, fulfillment conditions, and other logistical issues can occasionally affect timing.

Tracking information is provided when it becomes available for your shipment.

Contact Jacamar as soon as possible to request an address change, cancellation, or order change. We will make a reasonable attempt to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins or an order ships.

Start an eligible return request within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Standard returns must generally be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, customer-undamaged, complete, and safely packaged.

For an approved eligible return, Jacamar provides free return shipping and the customer pays $0 for the return label or return shipping. The original outbound shipping charge is not refundable on an ordinary change-of-mind return. Jacamar does not charge a standard restocking fee on eligible returns at launch.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Contact Jacamar as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant. These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.
