30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is confirmed as delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a Return

Email support@jacamarstudio.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide the approved return instructions and destination.

Do not send a return to 12550 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181, United States unless your return authorization specifically directs you there.

Return Shipping and Fees

Approved returns include free return shipping, so the customer pays $0 for the return label or return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. The original outbound shipping charge is not refundable on an ordinary change-of-mind return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment has begun.
