U.S. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $7.99 on U.S. orders under $49 and free on U.S. orders of $49 or more.

Where Orders Ship From
Jacamar works with independent manufacturing and fulfillment partners in the United States and China. Depending on the product and available inventory, an order may be dispatched from a partner facility in the United States or China. Jacamar Studio remains the customer’s point of contact for order support.

Processing and Delivery
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days after the order is placed.
Processing time: 1-2 business days.
Transit time after dispatch: 6-11 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment and Split Shipments
Some orders are fulfilled by third-party partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different days. Customers are not charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order is split into multiple packages.

Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Delays and Address Changes
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, fulfillment conditions, and other events outside Jacamar’s direct control may affect delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change once fulfillment has begun.
